Lagoon House 2 features a living room/dining room with incredible view, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, queen size sofa bed, 1 bathroom, ceiling fans, a lanai with ocean and pond views and a private island. No air conditioning is needed in our moderate climate.

The full kitchen includes top of the line cookware, refrigerator, stove, breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and blender.
