The Lagoon House features a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with queen size bed and single bed, a second bedroom with double bed and small loft bed, 1 bathroom and lots of deck overlooking the lagoon and ocean.

Downstairs is a large, shady lanai at waters edge, a third bedroom with bunk beds and a second bathroom with shower and changing room.

A two-car carport includes an enclosed laundry, storage area and barbecue grill. The yard is beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs, palm tress, a manicured lawn and other tropical plantings.

For fans of the "The Wizard Of Oz", there is an extraordinary collection of personal, stage and screen memorabilia of Ray Bolger who played the Scarecrow in this classic movie. A custom cabinet contains Ray Bolger's dance shoes, top hat, and numerous photos and awards from his personal collection. Gwen and Ray Bolger's niece Ann Rickard, is the partner and wife of Lagoon House owner, Richard Thompson. They live nearby on their 6 acre organic farm and will provide beautiful bouquets of tropical flowers and organic fresh fruit in season-avocados, bananas, star fruit, etc. during your stay.
For families with young children, we also have a new playpen and highchair that are available upon request, and a large selection of toys, building blocks and children's books.
Lagoon House - Rates & Booking Information
Nightly Rate: $230 to $325 USD/night
Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii taxes and cleaning fee.
Deposits & Payments:
A $200-$500 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by check or major credit card.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.
