Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and ancient fish ponds. This beautiful oceanfront house is built from many exotic hardwoods. Upstairs is very private and is ideal for a couple. It features a master bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, and a large open kitchen/living/dining room with ocean views.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and so on. In other words, it has everything you need (you bring the food!).

If you need more bedrooms, you can also add on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs apartment with kitchenette and separate entrance. The downstairs apartment is never rented as a separate unit, so your privacy is assured.

We also provide linens, a telephone with answering machine, Monopoly game (Hawaii edition), washing machine, satellite TV with CD-quality commercial free music stations, Hi Fi VCR and a full stereo system (CD player, AM/FM radio and cassette deck).

Deposits & Payments:
A $200-$500 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by check or major credit card.

Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival. |
